Suspension insulators support transmission lines on steel towers, isolating the lines from the tower. They play a key role in the safe supply of electricity.
The suspension end fittings are divided into 6 types according to the coupling type: ball, socket, tongue, clevis, eye, y-clevis.

    Ball and Socket Fitting
    Advantage: this product is made of high quality carbon steel with very stable mechanical properties, processed by mature forging process, high precision CNC lathe and mature hot dip galvanizing process, it has superior mechanical properties and smooth appearance.

    Application: ball and socket end fittings are used on composite suspension and tension insulators for A.C. system with a nominal voltage greater than 1kV.
    Tongue and Clevis Fitting
    Advantage: this product is made of high quality carbon steel with very stable mechanical properties, processed by mature forging process, high precision CNC lathe and mature hot dip galvanizing process, it has superior mechanical properties and smooth appearance.

    Application: tongue and clevis end fittings are used on composite suspension and tension insulators for A.C. system with a nominal voltage greater than 1kV.
    Eye Fitting

    Application: eye end fittings are used on composite suspension and tension insulators for A.C. system with a nominal voltage greater than 1000V.
    Y-Clevis Fitting
    Advantage: this product is made of high quality carbon steel with very stable mechanical properties, processed by mature forging process, high precision CNC lathe and mature hot dip galvanizing process, it has superior mechanical properties and smooth appearance.

    Application: y-clevis end fittings are used on composite suspension and tension insulators for A.C. system with a nominal voltage greater than 1000V.
